H.I.D. Kits 4 Gen4 Preludes

Hey People, I just purchased a H.I.D. Kit from Option Australia 4my gen4 prelude however the h4 plug hsa three slots but the wires are red n black (pos & neg) the wires 4 the HID kit has red n black too. shud i just cut the h4 wires and solder them 2the HID wires? if anyone has done any thing like this, could u pleaz lemme know before i Fff sumthin up LOL

Okies...update! iv installd the lights and yes i had 2cut the orginal wires and solder the H.I.D. wires. they look very good however does anyone know if the globes have to be in a differnt position or if the actually halogen should be facing a certain direction?

if you have placed them into a non projector housing, there is no way to control the light scatter. You will blind oncoming cars no matter what.
