ive got the Jtune kit and raced my mates stock 350z head to head on a straight side by side all the way too 200ks cant loose him cant pull away thats not bad for a family car it would be good to see how it would go on a track but i would have to say the 350z would have the euro there

woo, sounds cool!

You got the extreme kit setup? I hear that the extreme kit can push the engine to 8000RPM and 160 KW @ wheels is that true??

^^ Have the extreme kits reached the final production stage or are ready for sale? I've read somewhere on this forum that one of the members with the kit was ranting on about his Euro not being drivable or something!

Anyways, thinking about getting a 2nd hand Euro and if this kit doesn't decrease the original reliabilty of the car, then I'm interested... LOL

Yep dyno mine at 160 klw@ wheels red line at about 7500rpm its hard to say but it is a little more then standard.

I dont no what problems the other guy has or why he cant drive his car, ive had the set up since Jan 08 and love it, i have had some small problems that have been quickly fixed and the issues have been fixed on the final product.

Other then that the car has been a great drive from day one hasnt affected the service nothing as had to be replaced because of the modifications still as reliable from day one

^^ Oh thanks for the insight Luxuro! Its definately an incentive to get a CL9 now...

Just 2 more questions... if I may...

1) So the Honda dealer will still service the car (as if it were stock) with the extreme kit on?

2) Is the final product currently available for purchase and installation, or is there a pre-order process?

Cheers!

To be completely honest it doesnt sound too good but i guess u cant judge till you hear it on a dyno going hard out. ive noticed a lot of people are tryin to lower the sound of the eurooo, why would u wana do that lol, nothin beats the roar of Vtec, best way to make an entrance :P

i guess it doesnt sound that great coz they made it to be as stock as possible, and to have a leagal sound output level =(. But your right, nothing beat vtec xD

Go to jtune down the bottom of the page is a small clip of the EPA test it hard to get a good idea of the sound on a clip so much better in person

Can anyone tell me if this whole thing has been scrapped?

My friend ordered this 18 months ago, and still waiting.

I just bought a euro myself, and wanted to know if this was still coming or not?

Guess not?...............

I've been keen for about two years now but don't seem to get much feedback. Sort of in two minds about updating car now.
