I don't know whether the cover (passenger side) broke when I was driving spirtedly on a rocky road or it was done on purpose as I didn't notice till my friend mentioned it to me. Went to my honda dealer and was quoted $400 as i needed to replace the whole foglamp, was wondering if there were any alternatives as looking at the tape i put over is getting annoying

Yeah I have had some bad luck too.. Someone did a bump/scratch and drive off about 5 days after I got my car, then about 2 weeks ago it happened again (Must be Crows Nest drivers).. And then 2 nights ago someone tried to beak into it in my 'secure' car park messing up my lock a bit...

I just joined the club! Foglight got smashed by rocks that came off another car. i think the only reason why the whole thing shattered was because the fogs were turned on that night so the glass became quite hot, which made it more vulnerable to projectiles.

im not sure if i want to go get ripped off but i probably dont have any choice. we should make some petition to get honda to sell the cover separately. its their fault for making a foglight thats so prone to breakage

I'm currently back in my hometown - singapore. Think i will drop by the official honda dealer here to see if they sell the foglamp covers separately, I'll get back to you guys if its a cheaper replacement

Bad news, the cost of the foglamp in singapore is 400ish, so no real point buying it here

i was originally going to make another topic relating to this thread but since its here i might as well post here.
Man you guys got it rough 400$ man im having a sook because i payed $320 to get the foglight for my passanger side. I dunno if the $400 is included for them fitting it for you but im going to do it myself.
It would be nice if there was a place where they sell honda parts seperately altogether.
