Hey James, are you going to get an Air Fuel Ratio reading while your car is on the dyno? interested to see how the new ECUs are tuned...

Would you be interested in my dynosheet for reference?
was done at 2500Km..

Of course ill be measuring air fuel from the left hand exhaust, although honestly this gives very minimal indication on performance of the engine and how its tuned. The K20 engine, with regards to responding to increased power and torque, responds the most via cam angle tuning, followed by ignition tuning, followed by vtec cross over points. The least performance gain difference is air fuel ratio. This is very different to the way older Honda engines worked in the past such as b16 / b18 engines. The K20 / K24 engine air fuel ratio can alter + or – by as much as 15% and effect the performance only very slightly, where adjusting the cam angle by 1 or 2 % can see + or – differences as high as 5% to 8%. It will be very interesting to see and measure all aspects of this engine for a good base line in stock form. I hope by Saturday I have at least 1000km on the engine. The first oil change was done at 100km, replaced with Honda FTO oil now its just a case of quickly putting KM on the car. The engine oil and filter will be changed again at 1000km before the dyno plus various other checks.
